摘 要:研究了居民区分布式光伏(PV)与储能系统(ESS)的配置优化问题,旨在实现可再生能源的最大化利用,同时确保电力系统的经济性和可靠性。提出了一个考虑环境成本与时序特性的光伏选址定容模型,特别关注PV和ESS发电效率的时序变化。通过构建目标函数和设定约束条件来最小化总成本,包括购电成本、弃光成本、网损成本、PV安装和运维成本与ESS安装和运维成本。采用遗传算法对模型进行求解,并通过IEEE 33节点系统进行算例分析,验证了模型和算法的有效性。研究结果表明,所提出的模型和算法能够显著提高分布式光伏和储能系统在城市的应用潜力,为相关政策制定提供了决策支持,有助于推动电力供给方面能源结构的优化和电力行业的可持续发展。This study addresses the configuration optimization problem of distributed photovoltaic(PV)and energy storage systems(ESS)in residential areas,aiming to maximize the utilization of renewable energy while ensuring the economic efficiency and reliability of the power system.A PV site selection and sizing model considering environmental costs and temporal characteristics is proposed,with a particular focus on the temporal variations in the generation efficiency of both PV and ESS.By establishing an objective function and constraints,the paper minimizes the total cost,including electricity purchasing costs,curtailment costs,grid loss costs,PV installation and operation&maintenance costs,and ESS installation and operation&maintenance costs.The model is solved using a genetic algorithm,and its validity is verified through case analysis using the IEEE 33-bus system.The results indicate that the proposed model and algorithm can significantly enhance the application potential of distributed PV and ESS in urban areas,provide decision support for relevant policy formulation,and contribute to optimizing the energy structure of power supply and the sustainable development of the power industry.
