摘 要:电厂辅机异步电机在夏季或负荷高峰时常出现发热问题,且其能耗在工业用电中占比较大,因此其结构和能效亟须优化。提出了一种铸铜转子替换技术,应用于异步电机可有效减小电机定子电流,进而实现电机降温降损的效果。同时,还提出了电机容量二次优化技术,能将电机容量调整至最佳效率工作点,进一步提升转子改造的节能效率,实用性较强。Auxiliary asynchronous motors in power plants often experience heating problems during summer or peak load periods,and their energy consumption accounts for a significant proportion of industrial electricity usage.The structure and energy efficiency of these motors need to be optimized.This paper proposes a copper rotor replacement technology for asynchronous motors,which can effectively reduce the stator current and thus achieve cooling and loss reduction effects.Additionally,a secondary optimization technology for motor capacity is introduced,which adjusts the motor capacity for the optimal working efficiency,further enhancing the energy-saving efficiency of the rotor retrofit.This technology demonstrates good practicality.
