摘　　要：手车断路器在电网中保有量极大,给设备的检修试验带来了极大压力。现有手车断路器试验设备存在作业便利化考虑不足、试验设备功能单一、智能化数字化落后等问题。为此,提出了在数字化、功能整合、全自动试验柜等方面进行改进,并给出了相应的技术优化方案。通过现场试验验证,采用手车断路器专用的试验设备,可显著提升设备的试验效率。Handcart circuit breakers have wide application in the power grid,putting great pressure on the maintenance and testing of equipment.This paper points out the issues such as operation inconvenience,single-function testing equipment,and outdated intelligent and digital technology.Improvement ideas and technical optimization schemes are proposed in the areas of digitalization,function integration,and fully automated test cabinets.Field tests show that specialized testing equipment for handcart circuit breakers can improve the efficiency of equipment testing.
