摘　　要：目的 了解慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)远程康复研究的研究现状,分析该领域的研究热点和趋势,为未来远程康复技术在COPD患者中的应用提供科学依据。方法 在Web of Science核心合集中检索建库至2024年4月11日发表的有关COPD远程康复的文献。运用CiteSpace 6.3.R1(64位)对纳入的文献进行可视化分析。结果 共纳入214篇文献。2010—2024年,COPD远程康复年发文量呈现增长趋势(R2=0.544 5),澳大利亚是该领域发文量(38篇)最多的国家,其次为加拿大(31篇)和美国(31篇)。对国家、机构进行中心性分析,英国(中心性为0.32)、荷兰(中心性为0.29)、美国(中心性为0.19)等国家及莫纳什大学(中心性为0.27)、悉尼大学(中心性为0.20)、加利福尼亚大学(中心性为0.17)、莱斯特大学(中心性为0.16)等机构在合作中发挥了关键作用。发文量前3位的作者分别为Holland(10篇)、Alison(10篇)、Cox(8篇)。关键词分析结果显示,该领域的研究热点主要集中在肺康复、生活质量、体力活动、方案等。研究前沿主要集中在肺康复、居家和干预方案,COPD急性加重、医疗、死亡率和抑郁等也值得关注。结论 远程康复技术在COPD康复领域的研究稳步发展,国内外学者与研究机构应增进学术交流与合作,共同促进该领域的持续发展。Objective To assess the research status of telerehabilitation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD),analyze the research hotspots and trends in the field,and provide the scientific basis for the application of telerehabilitation technology in COPD patients in the future.Methods Literature on COPD telerehabilitation published until April 11,2024 was searched in the Web of Science core collection.The included documents were visually analyzed using CiteSpace 6.3.R1(64 bits).Results A total of 214 articles were included.From 2010 to 2024,the annual number of COPD telerehabilitation showed an increasing trend(R?-0.5445),with Australia having the largest number of publications in the field(38),followed by Canada(31)and the United States(31).Central analysis of countries,such as England(0.32),the Netherlands(0.29),the United States(0.19)and institutions such as Monash University(0.27),the University of Sydney(0.20),the University of California(0.17),Leicester University(0.16)played a key role in cooperation.The top three authors were Holland(10),Alison(10),and Cox(8).The keyword analysis results showed that the research hotspots in the field mainly focused on pulmonary rehabilitation,quality of life,physical activity,program,etc.The research frontier focused on pulmonary rehabilitation,home stay,and intervention programs,including acute exacerbations of COPD,medical treatment,mortality and depression.Conclusion Steady progress in the field of COPD rehabilitation,the scholars and research institutions at home and abroad should enhance academic exchanges and cooperation,jointly promote the sustainable development of the field.
