摘　　要：目的 探究自然绝经后女性绝经年龄提前或延迟与内脏和非内脏脂肪率的相关性,为防控绝经后女性肥胖及肥胖相关疾病提供参考。方法 研究对象来自“广州中老年人慢性病前瞻性队列研究”,从中选取2 059名自然绝经者作为研究对象。基线收集一般人口学特征、生活方式、女性生育和生理健康情况,测量体脂率和内脏脂肪率等体成分指标。采用SPSS 28.0软件进行χ^(2)检验和方差分析。采用广义线性回归模型分析自然绝经年龄提前或延迟与内脏和非内脏脂肪率的相关性,采用多因素logistic回归模型分析自然绝经年龄提前或延迟与内脏和非内脏脂肪率偏高的相关性。结果 研究对象平均年龄(59.1±5.1)岁,平均绝经年龄(50.4±2.9)岁。调整相关混杂因素后,与绝经年龄正常比,绝经年龄提前(β=0.40,95%CI:0.11,0.69)或延迟(β=0.35,95%CI:0.11,0.60)均与内脏脂肪率增加相关(P<0.05),绝经年龄提前(OR=1.64,95%CI:1.05,2.56)或延迟(OR=1.58,95%CI:1.09,2.30)均与内脏脂肪率偏高风险的增加相关(P<0.05),绝经年龄提前或延迟与非内脏脂肪率无相关(P>0.05)。结论 自然绝经年龄提前或延迟与绝经后内脏脂肪率增加相关,而与非内脏脂肪率无关,需重点关注并积极防控自然绝经年龄提前或延迟者的肥胖及肥胖相关疾病高发风险。Objective To explore the correlation between the early or delayed age of menopause and the rates of visceral and non-visceral fat in natural postmenopausal women,and provide the reference for the prevention and control of obesity and obesity-related diseases in postmenopausal women.Methods The subjects were from the"Prospective Cohort Study of Chronic Diseases among Middle-aged and Elderly People in Guangzhou",2059 cases with natural menopause were selected as the study subjects.General demographic characteristics,lifestyle and female fertility and physiological health data were collected at baseline,and body composition indexes of body components such as body fat rate and visceral fat rate were measured.The x test and analysis of variance were used to analyze the data,the used software was SPSS 28.0.Generalized linear regression model was used to analyze the association of advanced or delayed age of natural menopause with visceral and non-visceral fat rates,the association between the advanced or delayed age of natural menopause and higher visceral and non-visceral fat rates were analyzed with logistic regression model.Results The mean age of the subjects was(59.1+5.1)years old,and the mean age of menopause was(50.4±2.9)years old.After adjusting for related confounding factors,compared with the normal menopausal age group,the early menopausal age group(β=0.40,95%CI:0.11,0.69)and the delayed menopausal age group(β=0.35,95%Cl:0.11,0.60)were associated with the increased visceral fat rate(P<0.05),the early menopausal age group(0R=1.64,95%CI:1.05,2.56)and the delayed menopausal age group(0R=1.58,95%CI:1.09,2.30)were associated with high visceral fat rate(P<0.05),no association between earlier or delayed age of menopause and non-visceral fat rate was found(P>0.05).Conclusion The early natural menopause age or delayed natural menopause age are associated with the increased visceral fat rate after menopause,but which are not associated with the non-visceral fat rate.It is necessary to pay attention to and actively p
