唐初河套地区丰、云二州废置始末  

Abandonment and reset of the Feng andYun prefectures in the Hetao region in the Early Tang Dynasty

摘　　要：隋末唐初,因河套地区政治地理态势与政治空间的复杂变化,丰、云二州建制经历了多次调整。武德元年,地方势力张长逊、郭子和在臣服于突厥的同时又降于唐。在多方利益交换中河套地区名义上易主,唐置丰、云二州,但实际仍在张长逊、郭子和的控制下,相对独立。武德四年,唐与突厥关系趋于恶化,张长逊、郭子和归唐入朝,正式结束两属状态。随后,唐廷迫于防御压力放弃河套地区,省废丰州,寄治云州。贞观初梁师都灭亡、突厥衰败,河套地区州县得以复置,唐王朝直接统治区域北缘推进至河套地区并趋于固定。In the late Sui and early Tang periods,Feng prefecture(丰州)and Yun prefecture(云州)located in Hetao region(河套地区)and adjusted with complex transformations in the political geography and spatial dynamics.In the first year of the Wude(武德)era,Zhang Changxun(张长逊)and Guo Zihe(郭子和)were subjected to the Tang Dynasty,while submitting to the Turkic Khaganate.Although the Tang Dynasty established Feng prefecture and Yun prefecture to control this region,it still controlled by local forces and maintained independence.In the fourth year of the Wude era,the relationship between the Tang Dynasty and Turkic Khaganate became worse.The local forces were subjected to the Tang Dynasty completely.Afterward,the Tang government abandoned the Hetao region under the pressure of defensive concerns.The Feng prefecture was taken over by the Yun prefecture.At the beginning of the Zhenguan(贞观)era,with fall of Liang Shidu(梁师都)forces and decline of the Turkic khaganate,the prefectures and counties in the Hetao region were reestablished.The northern territory of the Tang Dynasty advanced into the Hetao region and gradually became consolidated.
