摘　　要：随着我国教育的国际影响力日益增强,来华留学生的教育规模也在不断扩大。留学生法制教育有利于我国文化的国际传播,是我国高校留学生教育体系中的重要内容。从20世纪50年代至今,来华留学生法制教育管理大体上经历了从政府直接干预走向规范完善阶段。受留学生规模迅速扩张的影响,在来华留学生法制教育管理中不可避免地出现了一些问题,如入学标准低、文化差异大、语言交流存在障碍、法制教育师资匮乏等。今后应健全留学生法制教育管理体系、创新法制教育理念、提升留学生沟通交流能力、建设法制教育师资队伍,以提升留学生教育质量,促进国际交流与合作,打造“留学中国”品牌。With the increase in international influence of China′s education,the scale of education for international students in China is also expanding.Education on the rule of law for international students is conducive to the international spread of Chinese culture and is an important part of the education system for international students in colleges and universities in China.Since 1950s,the management of education on the rule of law for international students in China evolves from direct government intervention to standardization and perfection.Influenced by the rapid expansion of the scale of international students,the management of education on the rule of law for them inevitably suffers from some problems,such as low admission standards,great cultural differences,obstacles in language exchange,and a lack of teachers for education on the rule of law.In the future,efforts should be made to perfect the management system of education on the rule of law for international students,innovate the concept of education on the rule of law,enhance the communication ability of international students,and build a team of teachers for education on the rule of law.These countermeasures are expected to improve the quality of education for international students,promote international exchanges and cooperation,and contribute to the brand of"Study in China".
