摘　　要：静脉血栓栓塞症(VTE)是一种临床症状隐匿、表型多样、风险因素广泛且治疗决策复杂的疾病,医院获得性VTE是导致住院患者死亡的主要原因之一。鉴于VTE对患者和医疗体系带来的重大影响,迫切需要一种系统的方法来评估其诊断和治疗的经济效益。为了向VTE相关医疗决策提供科学依据,优化医疗资源配置,规范和指导未来VTE诊治全流程卫生经济学评价研究,北京大学公共卫生学院与中日友好医院联合发起撰写《静脉血栓栓塞症诊治管理全流程卫生经济学评价专家指南》。本文旨在详细阐述指南制订的背景、适用范围、目标人群、证据检索与筛选策略、指南撰写与发布流程、指南的后效评价机制,以及指南制订小组成员构成等关键要素,为科学、循证地制订本指南提供纲领性和指导性的实施方案。Venous thromboembolism(VTE)is a condition with insidious clinical symptoms,phenotypic diversity,a wide range of risk factors,and complex treatment decisions.Hospital-acquired VTE is one of the leading causes of inpatient death.Given the significant impact of VTE on patients and healthcare systems,there is an urgent need for a systematic approach to assess the economic benefits of its diagnosis and treatment.To provide a scientific basis for medical decision-making related to VTE,optimize the allocation of medical resources,and standardize and guide future research on the health economic evaluation of the entire VTE diagnosis and treatment process,the"Expert Guideline for Health Economic Evaluation of the Comprehensive Management for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Venous Thromboembolism"was jointly formulated by Peking University School of Public Health and China-Japan Friendship Hospital.It aims to detail the background,scope of application,target population,evidence retrieval and screening strategy,writing and publication process,the post-effect evaluation mechanism of the guideline,and the composition of the guideline development group.Besides,it provides a programmatic and instructive implementation plan for the scientific and evidence-based development of the guideline.
