摘　　要：胸膜疾病(PD)是临床常见、多发病之一。随着呼吸介入病学的发展和检测手段的不断提高,PD检出率呈现逐年上升趋势,准确诊断对PD的治疗和预后至关重要。近年来,随着胸腔介入技术的发展,其在PD的诊疗中发挥着越来越重要的作用。在诊断技术、治疗策略、疾病机制探索、预防策略制定、个性化医疗实践、人工智能技术融合、康复护理和国际合作交流等多个方面,PD相关研究均取得了显著的进展。尤其是可弯曲内科胸腔镜下不同器材和不同功能的仪器组合的应用,极大地提高了PD的阳性诊断率和治疗效果。本文总结了2024年PD的基础研究、诊治相关技术的研究进展和规范化应用。Pleural diseases(PD)are one of the common and frequently occurring diseases in clinical practice.With the advancement of respiratory intervention pathology and the continuous improvement in detection methods,the detection rate of PD has shown an upward trend annually.An accurate diagnosis is crucial for the treatment and prognosis of PD.In recent years,with the development of thoracic intervention technology,it plays an increasingly important role in the diagnosis and treatment of PD.Significant progress has been made in PD-related research on the diagnostic techniques,treatment strategies,exploration of disease mechanisms,formulation of prevention strategies,individualized medical practices,integration of artificial intelligence,rehabilitation nursing,and international cooperation and exchange.In particular,the application of different equipment and instrument combinations with various functions under flexible internal medicine thoracoscopy has greatly improved the accurate diagnosis rate and treatment effect of PD.This article aims to summarize the research progress and standardized application of basic research,diagnosis and treatment technologies for PD in 2024.
