摘　　要：目的通过检索国内外严重产后出血液体管理相关文献,总结出最佳证据,为临床实践提供参考。方法通过检索网络数据库临床决策、临床实践指南、专家共识、系统评价等,进行方法学质量评价后,提取并整理总结与之相关的证据。结果通过指定相关纳入证据的标准,共选取出8篇相关文献,包括指南3篇、专家共识3篇以及系统评价2篇。通过浏览文献、筛取相关证据并进行分类,总结出4个维度,内容包括输血管理、输液管理、评估失血量与并发症监测,共13条证据。结论总结了严重产后出血管理最佳证据,提供了科学的液体管理方法,以此帮助医护人员更好地进行临床实践。Objective To search the literature on liquid management of severe postpartum hemorrhage of domestic and abroad,and to summarize the best evidence and provide reference for clinical practice.Methods Searched clinical decision-making,clinical practice guidelines,expert consensus,systematic reviews,etc.on the management of maternal fluids with severe postpartum hemorrhage in online databases,after conducting methodological quality evaluation,relevant evidence was extracted and summarized.Results A total of 8 articles were screened by specifying relevant inclusion criteria,including 3 guidelines,3 expert consensuses,and 2 systematic reviews.Through literature reading,evidence extraction and classification,4 dimensions were summarized,including blood transfusion management,infusion management,assessment of blood loss and complication monitoring,a total of 13 pieces of evidence.Conclusion This paper summarizes the best evidence for the management of severe postpartum hemorrhage and provides scientific fluid management methods to help medical staff better carry out clinical practice.
