2023年吉林省手足口病非EV-A71、非CV-A16肠道病毒基因特征分析

摘  要:目的 探讨2023年吉林省非肠道病毒71型(EV-A71)、非柯萨奇病毒A组16型(CV-A16)肠道病毒流行特征,对病毒基因特征进行进化分析,为手足口病防治工作提供科学依据。方法 收集2023年吉林省手足口病例临床标本,通过病毒分离筛选出阳性分离株,鉴定病原体基因型,并对主要病原体VP1编码区基因组核苷酸序列进行测定和分析。结果 共获得206株分离株,其中7株CV-A16、169株CV-A6、8株CV-A10、22株未分型;CV-A6为D3基因亚型,43株CV-A6分离株与OR507503.1-2021HB2CA6亲缘关系较近,核苷酸同源性为93.6%~99.1%,其编码氨基酸同源性为98.6%~100.0%;CV-A10为C2基因型,6株CV-A10分离株与LC791352.1-YN-2022CA10亲缘关系最近,核苷酸同源性为95.6%~97.8%,其编码氨基酸同源性为98.3%~99.3%。结论 CV-A6已成为引起2023年吉林省手足口病流行的优势病原体,CV-A6分离株与OR507503.1-2021HB2CA6亲缘关系较近,CV-A10分离株与LC791352.1-YN-2022CA10亲缘关系较近。Objective To explore the epidemiological characteristics and phylogenetic analysis of non-EV-A71 and non-CV-A16 enterovirus in Jilin Province in 2023,so as to provide scientific basis for hand-foot-and-mouth diseasecontrol.Methods Clinical specimens of hand-foot-mouth disease were collected in Jilin Province in 2023,positive isolates were screened by virus isolation,pathogen genotypes were identified,and the nucleotide sequences of the VPl coding region of major pathogens were determined and analyzed.Results A total of 206 isolated strains were obtained,including 7 strains of CV-A16,169 strains of CV-A6,8 strains of CV-A10,and 22 strains that were not classified;CV-A6 was a subtype of the D3 gene.The 43 CV-A6 isolates had a close genetic relationship with OR507503.1-2021HB2CA6,with nucleotide ho-mology ranging from 93.6%to 99.1%and encoded amino acid homology ranging from 98.6%to 100.0%;CV-A10 was the C2 genotype,and the six CV-A10 isolates had the closest genetic relationship with LC791352.1-YN-2022CA10,with nu-cleotide homology ranging from 95.6%to 97.8%and encoded amino acid homology ranging from 98.3%to 99.3%.Conclusion CV-A6 has become a dominant pathogen causing hand-foot-and-mouth disease epidemic in Jilin Province in 2023.CV-A6 isolate is closely related to OR507503.1-2021HB2CA6,and CV-A10 isolate is closely related to LC791352.1-YN-2022CA10.
