摘　　要：目的 建立同时测定化痰平喘片中紫丁香苷和橄榄苦苷含量的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法。方法 色谱柱为Inertsil ODS-4(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5μm),以乙腈(A)-0.1%磷酸溶液(B)作为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速0.8 ml/min,检测波长230 nm,柱温30℃。结果 紫丁香苷、橄榄苦苷线性范围分别为0.038 965~0.779 295μg(r=0.999 8)和0.044 335~0.886 704μg(r=0.999 9),平均加标回收率分别为99.37%(RSD=0.54%,n=6)和100.08%(RSD=0.52%,n=6)。结论 该方法操作简便,重复性好,可用于化痰平喘片的质量控制。Objective To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of syringin and oleuropein content in Hua-tan Pingchuan tablet by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Methods The analysis was performed on Inert-sil ODS-4(4.6 mmx250 mm,5μm)column with gradient elution of acetonitrile(A)-0.1%phosphoric acid solution(B)as the mobile phase at the flow rate of 0.8 ml/min.The detection wavelength was 230 nm and column temperature was 30℃.Results The linear ranges of syringin and oleuropein were 0.038965-0.779295μg(r=0.9998)and 0.044335-0.886704μg(r=0.9999),with respect to the average sample recovery rates were 99.37%(RSD=0.54%,n=6)and 100.08%(RSD=0.52%,n=6),respectively.Conclusion This method is easy to operate and has good repeatability.It can be used for quality control of Huatan Pingchuan tablet.
