摘　　要：基于基础、要素、特征三个维度构建评价指标体系,测度中国现代化产业体系发展水平,并分析区域差异和动态演进。研究发现:中国现代化产业体系发展水平呈上升趋势,产业要素体系发展速度最快,产业特征体系发展较慢;现代化产业体系发展水平存在显著区域差异,区域间差异是差异的主要来源,东部、西部之间的区域间差异最大,东部的区域内差异最大;科技创新、现代金融、数字化是导致区域差异的主要原因;各维度及各地区的核密度曲线均右移,省份间的绝对差距较大;发展水平保持稳定的可能性较大,存在组内趋同现象。据此,应培育高端要素,突出产业体系现代化特征;加强分工合作,促进区域协调发展;因地制宜,形成差异化发展战略。This study constructs an evaluation index system from three dimensions:foundation,factor and feature,measures the development level of China's modern industrial system,and analyzes regional differences and dynamic evolution.The study finds that the development level of China's modern industrial system is on an upward trend,with the fastest development of the industrial factor system and the slower development of the industrial feature system.There are significant regional differences in the development level of the modern industrial system,with inter-regional differences being the main source of the differences,the inter-regional difference between east and west is the largest,and the intra-regional difference in east is the largest.Scientific and technological innovation,modern finance,and digitization are the main reasons for regional differences.The kernel density curves of all dimensions and regions are shifted to the right,and the absolute gap between provinces is large.The development level is more likely to remain stable,and there is a phenomenon of intra-group convergence.Accordingly,high-end factors should be cultivated to enhance the modernization features of the industrial system,division of labor and cooperation should be strengthened to promote coordinated regional development,and differentiated development strategies should be formed by focusing on local conditions.
