摘　　要：以2011~2022年我国201个城市为研究样本,探索数字经济赋能产业链高质量发展的内在机理,特别是分析数字经济能否提升产业链韧性从而间接促进产业链高质量发展。结果表明:数字经济从创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享五个方面促进产业链高质量发展。数字经济还能实现供需链增效、企业链稳定、空间链优化和价值链提升,提升产业链安全和韧性水平。产业链韧性提升是数字经济促进产业链高质量发展的中介作用机制,数字经济发展能够兼顾产业链“效率目标”和“安全目标”。鉴于此,应加速培育数字产业生态体系,推动产业链数字化转型,兼顾产业链效率和产业链安全,助力产业链高质量发展。Based on a study of 201 Chinese cities from 2011 to 2022,this research explores the intrinsic mechanism through which the digital economy empowers the high-quality development of industrial chains,particularly analyzing whether the enhancement of industrial chain resilience indirectly promotes this development.The results show that the digital economy facilitates the high-quality development of industrial chains from the five dimensions of innovation,coordination,sustainability,openness,and sharing.Moreover,the digital economy enhances supply-demand chain efficiency,stabilizes enterprise chains,optimizes spatial chains,and improves value chains,thereby bolstering both the security and resilience of industrial chains.The improvement of industrial chain resilience serves as a mediating mechanism through which the digital economy influences high-quality industrial chain development,indicating that digital economy development can balance both the“efficiency goals”and“security goals”of industrial chains.In light of these findings,it is recommended to accelerate the cultivation of a digital industrial ecosystem,promote the digital transformation of industrial chains,and balance industrial chain efficiency with security to support their high-quality development.
