摘　　要：通过巩固经济安全的制度基础、建设经济安全的保障体制、提升市场主体的安全韧性和改善保障经济安全的环境,我国资本市场发挥了促进发展和保障经济安全的积极作用,有效治理是破解资本市场“双刃剑”难题的重要途径。我国的资本市场治理围绕分工合作与促进协同、搭建平台与平衡利益、教育规划与监督引导、循环累积与协同配合等途径展开,提升了资本市场的发展质量,增强了服务经济发展的能力,保障了经济发展的安全。实事求是地总结经验、统筹兼顾的安排制度、责任明确的分工协作、与时俱进的改革优化能提升我国资本市场的治理水平,能为统筹高质量的资本市场发展与高水平的经济安全创造条件。By consolidating institutional foundation,promoting Institutional construction,enhancing the safety resilience of business entities and upgrade support surround about environment of economic security,China's capital market has played a positive role in promoting development and ensuring economic security,effective governance is an important reason for solving the“double-edged sword”impact problem in the capital market.The governance of China's capital market around and so on about promoting of division,cooperation and collaboration,building platforms and balancing interests,education planning,supervision and guidance,cyclic accumulation and collaborative cooperation etc.Maintained security about its self and improved service capabilities,thought promote economic development to protect security.Necessary sum up experience,scientific and rational institutional system and arrangement,clear division of responsibilities and collaboration,reform and optimization that keeps pace with the times et al.Which can create conditions for the coordinated development of high-quality capital markets and high-level economic security in China.
