摘　　要：湖北雄踞长江中游,汉江穿境而过,孕育了璀璨的荆楚文明。这里是长江文明的重要发源地之一,拥有百万年的人类史、一万年的文化史、五千多年的文明史。20万年前的县古人类化石揭开文明序幕,商周盘龙城青铜器闪耀着早期的智慧。楚人于此立国八百年,曾侯乙编钟以十二律震撼世界,青铜冶铸与漆器技艺冠绝先秦。Hubei Province,situated in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River and traversed by the Han River,is the birthplace of the splendid Jing..Chu civilization.As one of the cradles of the Yangtze Civilization,Hubei boasts a human history that spans over a million years,a cultural heritage of ten thousand years,and a cilization that has flourished for over five thousand years.
