摘　　要：1972年生,浙江人。现为舟山市开明画院副院长,中国美术家协会会员、浙江省美术家协会理事、浙江省水彩画家协会副主席、舟山市美术家协会副主席兼秘书长。Fang Xiaohua,born in 1972 in Zhejiang Province,currently serves as the deputy director of Kaiming Arts College in Zhoushan City.He is a member of the China Artists Association,council member of the Zhejiang Artists Association,vice chairman of Zhejiang Watercolor Artists Association,and vice chairman and secretary-general of Zhoushan Artists Association.
