摘　　要：People's congresses and the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference(CPPCC)are both key parts of China's nationai governance framework.Every March,the National People's Congress(NPC),China's top legislature,and the National Committde of the CPPCC convene for their an-nual sessions in Beijing,commonly referred to as the Two Sessions-beginning on March 4 this year.This is the most important annual event in China's political landscape and a dynamic dem-onstration of the country's whole-process people's democracy.
