摘　　要：本案项目没有被改造成单一模式的大型办公空间,而是将成熟企业、小型初创公司、活动空间和餐饮功能成功结合在了一起。这一理念来自21世纪10年代在柏林开放使用的第一家工厂共享办公空间。自那以后,该理念的发起者们为实现这一理念,在德国又改造了三座不同的建筑。最新完成的第四座建筑名为里斯本工厂也是秉承联合创始人Simon Schaefer的理念设计的。A productive cooperation between established firms,small startups,event spaces and gastr onomic functio ns in stead of the monoculture of large office areas-this is the concept of the first Factory coworking space that opened its doors in Berlin in the 2010s.Since then,the initiators rehabilitated three different sites in Germany for this purpose.Following the idea of co-founder Simon Schaefer,the fourth new facility is Factory Lisbon:a historic listed former pasta and cookie factory in the district of Beato,east of Lisbon's inner city.The roughly 200 m long and 11 m wide building was erected in the 1970s and served the Portuguese army for the supply of its troops.It belonged to a larger industrial food production complex.
