摘　　要：O·M·科瓦列夫斯基是19世纪俄国著名语言学家、历史学家、教育家以及杰出的田野调查者,其研究领域极为广泛,尤其是在蒙古语研究方面成果颇丰,为俄国蒙古学研究作出了重要贡献。他所编纂的《蒙-俄-法语词典》是基于丰富的历史资料、文献以及田野调查所编纂的涵盖近4万条词目的大型词典。该词典所包含的词目、释义以及书写特点明确体现了当时的蒙古语词汇和文字特征。O.M.Kovalevsky was a renowned 19th-century Russian linguist,historian,educator,and outstanding field researcher.His scholarly interests were diverse,and he made significant contributions to Mongolic studies,greatly influencing Russian Mongolian research.The Mongolian-Russian-French Dictionary,compiled by Kovalevsky,is a large-scale dictionary containing nearly 40,000 entries,based on rich historical data,literature,and fieldwork.The entries,definitions,and writing features in this dictionary clearly reflect the Mongolian vocabulary and script characteristics of the time.
