民办高校马克思主义学院高质量发展面临的挑战与对策

摘　　要：新时代全面推进马克思主义学院建设,是民办高校坚持社会主义办学方向、培养堪当民族复兴大任的时代新人、实现教育高质量发展、推进思政课健康发展的必然要求。然而,当前民办高校马克思主义学院在学科建设、师资队伍建设、教育教学水平以及科研建设等方面仍存在不少问题,大大制约了自身的高质量发展。面对困局,民办高校马克思主义学院应加强学科建设,夯实建设根基;加强师资队伍建设,打造高水平教师队伍;强化学科内涵建设,提高思政课教育教学效果;强化科研建设,提高科研能力和水平。In the new era,comprehensively promoting the development of Marxist schools is essential for non-governmental insti-tutions of higher learning to uphold the socialist orientation of education,cultivate a new generation capable of undertaking the great task of national rejuvenation,achieve high quality educational development,and advance ideological and political educa-tion.However,many challenges persist in the development of Marxist schools in non-governmental institutions of higher learning,including weaknesses in discipline construction,faculty development,teaching quality,and research capacity,which significant-ly hinder their high quality growth.To address these challenges,Marxist schools in non-governmental institutions of higher learn-ing should strengthen discipline construction as a solid foundation,enhance faculty development to build a dedicated teaching team,reinforce academic content to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education,and promote research devel-opment to elevate academic standards.
