摘 要:本文研究悬索桥主缆除湿系统的能效评价问题,针对传统除湿系统能耗高、除湿效率低的问题,提出一套基于物联网技术和能效评价算法的解决方案。论文首先介绍悬索桥主缆除湿系统的研究背景与意义,分析国内外研究现状。随后,详细阐述了硬件系统的搭建、能效评价算法的设计、能效评价系统的开发与优化,并通过实际测试验证系统的稳定性和准确性。该系统实现对主缆除湿系统多维数据的实时采集、存储和分析,通过能效评价算法动态量化除湿效率,为优化运行策略提供科学依据。研究结果表明,该系统能提升除湿效率,降低能耗,为桥梁维护和设备能效优化提供有效的技术支持。This study addresses the energy efficiency evaluation problem of suspension bridge main cable dehumidification systems.To tackle the high energy consumption and low dehumidification efficiency of traditional systems,a solution based on IoT technology and an energy efficiency evaluation algorithm is proposed.The paper introduces the research background and significance of the main cable dehumidification system,analyzes the current state of domestic and international research,and details the system’s hardware setup,algorithm design,system development,and optimization.Actual tests validate the system’s stability and accuracy.This system achieves real-time multi-dimensional data acquisition,storage,and analysis of the main cable dehumidification system.The dynamic quantification of dehumidification efficiency using energy efficiency evaluation algorithms provides scientific guidance for operational optimization.Results indicate that this system significantly improves dehumidification efficiency,reduces energy consumption,and offers effective technical support for bridge maintenance and equipment energy optimization.
