泸州市行人交通事故的社会影响与管理策略研究

摘　　要：在社会经济快速发展的背景下,泸州市行人交通事故频发,对社会稳定和公共安全构成挑战。本文通过分析2020—2022年泸州市行人交通事故数据,探讨了区域分布、时间因素、年龄因素、涉及车辆类型等与行人交通事故之间的关系,总结出早晚高峰事故多发、老年群体事故高发、照明不足隐患大等规律,并从科技、照明、反光提升、违法查处、宣传教育等方面提出了综合预防策略。Against the backdrop of rapid socio-economic development,the frequent occurrence of pedestrian traffic accidents in Luzhou City poses challenges to social stability and public safety.This paper analyzes the pedestrian traffic accident data from 2020 to 2022 in Luzhou City,exploring the relationships between regional distribution,temporal factors,age factors,and vehicle types involved in pedestrian traffic accidents.It summarizes patterns such as a higher frequency of accidents during morning and evening peak hours,a higher incidence of accidents among the elderly population,and significant hazards due to insufficient lighting.Comprehensive prevention strategies are proposed from aspects of technology,lighting enhancement,reflective improvement,law enforcement,and public education.
