摘　　要：随着全国公路网络的完善,公路行业的发展处于从规模快速扩张向整体高质量发展转型的关键期,高质量发展对行业创新提出更高的要求。行业创新具有沉没成本高,研发周期长等特性所以有更高的资金保障需求,本文分析公路行业面临的创新资金瓶颈问题,探讨影响资金筹集的主要障碍及其成因,并在此基础上提出切实可行的解决策略和建议。重点分析了当前的资金来源和支持体系,阐述其在促进公路行业创新方面的作用和局限性,进而提出优化政策措施、拓宽融资渠道、加强风险管理等方面的具体建议。旨在为公路创新领域的持续健康发展提出资金支持的基本思路,推动行业技术进步和管理创新,为实现公路行业的可持续发展提供保障。With the improvement of the China highway networksystem,the development of the highway is in a key period of transition from rapid expansion of scale to overall high-quality development,and high-quality development needs higher innovation demands.Innovation has characteristics such as high sunk costs and long R&D cycles,so it needsmore funding support.This paper analyzes the problem of innovation funding bottlenecks in China highway,discusses the main obstacles and causes affecting fundraising,and puts forward feasible solutions and suggestions.It focuses on the current sources of funding and support systems,and explains their role and limitations in promoting highway innovation.Meanwhile,the paper then proposes specific suggestions on optimizing policy measures,expanding financing channels,and enhancing risk management.The aim is to provide basic ideas for financial support for sustainable and healthy development of the highway innovation field,promote technological progress and management innovation,and provide support for achieving sustainable development of China highway.
