北京地铁安全文化因素对安全行为的影响研究

摘　　要：为通过分析安全文化影响因素,理解、预测与控制安全行为,改善安全行为效果,减少事故发生,用定量方法论证安全文化影响因素与安全行为的关系。通过现场观察、专家访谈和参考相关文献,提取影响北京地铁安全文化落地的3个维度20项因素。借助调查问卷和模糊德尔菲法,确定个人安全意识、个人安全认知能力、个人安全价值观、组织领导的重视程度、个人安全需求、安全生产政策环境6个关键因素;运用“相对重要性序列矩阵法”对北京地铁安全文化6项影响因素、3类因素重要性系数(权值)进行确定,同时得出3类因素权值。经SPSS软件分析发现:地铁安全文化6个关键因素在0.01水平上与安全行为呈显著正向相关,这表明安全文化6个关键因素同安全行为存在紧密的联系,验证研究假设。以这6个关键因素为解释变量对安全行为进行回归分析,构建回归模型,提出安全管理策略建议,为推动地铁安全文化建设,促进安全行为提供参考。In order to understand,predict and control safety behaviors by analyzing the influencing factors of safety culture,improve the effect of safety behaviors,and reduce the occurrence of accidents,the relationship between the influencing factors of safety culture and safety behaviors was demonstrated by quantitative methods.Through on-site observation,expert interviews and reference to relevant literature,20 factors in 3 dimensions affecting the implementation of Beijing metro safety culture were extracted.With the help of questionnaires and fuzzy Delphi method,six key factors were determined:personal safety awareness,personal safety cognitive ability,personal safety values,the importance of organizational leaders,personal safety needs,and safety production policy environment.The“relative importance sequence matrix method”was used to determine the importance coefficients(weights)of six influencing factors and three types of factors of Beijing subway safety culture:At the same time,the weights of the three types of factors.The SPSS software analysis shows that the six key factors of metro safety culture are significantly positively correlated with safety behavior at the level of 0.01,which indicates that the six key factors of safety culture are closely related to safety behavior,which verifies the research hypothesis.Taking these six key factors as explanatory variables,the regression analysis of safety behavior was carried out,the regression model was constructed,and the safety management strategy suggestions were put forward,which provided a reference for promoting the construction of subway safety culture and promoting safety behavior.
