摘  要:近年来随着消费者对纺织品性能需求的增加,作为纺织品基础材料的纱线在环锭纺生产技术创新方面发展迅速,在原料适应性、生产效率和纱线品质上均优于其他纺纱技术。基于此背景,文章主要介绍并分析了传统环锭纺和新型环锭纺纱技术的原理及纱线结构,指出加强对加捻三角区的控制为主流环锭纺纱技术的发展方向,可以通过新型环锭纺的装置加装、纱线结构和多物理场提升成纱质量。最后,文章对环锭纺纱的未来趋势进行了展望,以期为工艺研发和改进提供新思路。In recent years,with the increasing demands of consumers for the performance of textiles,yarn,as the basic material of textiles,has developed rapidly in the technological innovation of ring spinning production and has superior performance in raw material adaptability,production efficiency,and yarn quality compared with other spinning technologies.Against this background,this paper mainly introduces and analyzes the principles and yarn structures of traditional ring spinning and new ring spinning technologies and points out that strengthening the control of the twisting triangle area is the development direction of mainstream ring spinning technologies.The quality of spun yarn can be improved by installing new ring spinning devices,optimizing the yarn structure and enhancing the multi-physical field.Finally,the trend of ring-spun yarn in the future is prospected to provide new ideas for process research and development and improvement.
