摘　　要：随着医疗技术的不断进步和患者对医疗服务质量要求的日益提高,数字化手术室已成为医院现代化建设的重要方向。文章以中山大学肿瘤防治中心旧外科手术室改造为4K数字化手术室项目为例,从改造背景、改造需求、技术方案论证、规划设计与实施、验收测试与评估5个方面,介绍了医院旧手术室改造为4K数字化手术室的实践过程、具体做法和取得的效果。With the continuous advancement of medical technology and the increasing demand for medical service quality from patients,digital operating rooms have become an important direction for hospital modernization construction.The article takes the project of reconstructing old surgical room into a 4K digital operating room of Sun Yat-Sen University Cancer Center as an example,and introduces the practice process,specific practices and results obtained from five aspects:the background of the reconstruction,reconstruction needs,the demonstration of technical solutions,the planning,design and implementation,and the acceptance testing and evaluation.
