摘 要:气动物流传输系统在运用过程中存在发瓶操作烦琐、系统故障或断电后不能续传等问题,将射频识别(RFID)技术引入医用气动物流传输系统中,可有效解决上述问题。该文介绍了RFID的工作原理及其在气动物流传输系统中应用时的设计要点,包括天线发送频率的选择及天线结构、天线和标签的相对位置、电子标签的选择等;通过测试分别确定了RFID读写器天线与金属物、RFID标签之间的合适距离;介绍了RFID应用于气动物流传输系统的实现过程;总结了应用中的常见问题及解决方案。In the process of using the pneumatic logistics Transportation system,there are problems such as complicated bottle dispatch operation and the inability to continue transmission after system failure or power outage.By introducing Radio Frequency Identification(RFID)technology into the medical pneumatic logistics transportation system,the above problems can be effectively solved.This article introduces the working principle of RFID and the design points of its application in the pneumatic logistics transportation system,including the selection of antenna transmission frequency and antenna structure,the relative position of antenna and tag,and the selection of electronic tag.Through testing,the appropriate distances between the RFID reader antenna and metal objects as well as between the RFID tag and the reader antenna are determined respectively.Then the implementation process of applying RFID to the pneumatic logistics transportation system is introduced,and the common problems and solutions in the application are summarized.
