全球价值链重构视角下跨境电商海外仓升级路径研究

摘　　要：作为跨境电商重要的仓储物流系统和配套服务网络供应商,我国海外仓发展态势良好,成为带动作用强、发展潜力大的贸易新模式。海外仓的高质量发展,离不开海外仓核心功能的不断完善,更离不开与跨境电商企业的协同联动,以及与产业链供应链的紧密结合。从全球价值链视角对海外仓的功能与定位进行重构,并在数字贸易蓬勃发展的背景下进一步明确海外仓升级路径和推行策略。海外仓全球价值链的升级重构对于畅通物流供应链体系建设、培育更多跨境电商主体、进一步有效发挥我国跨境电商发展优势与潜力、构建通畅的国际经贸大通道具有重要意义。As an important warehousing and logistics system and supporting service network supplier of crossborder e-commerce,China's overseas warehouse has good development and has become a new trade model with strong driving role and great development potential.The high-quality development of overseas warehouses cannot be separated from the continuous improvement of the core functions of overseas warehouses,but also from the collaborative linkage with cross-border e-commerce enterprises,as well as the close integration with the industrial chain and supply chain.This paper reconstructs the function and positioning of overseas warehouse from the perspective of global value chain,and further defines the upgrading path and implementation strategy of overseas warehouse in the context of the booming digital trade.The upgrading and reconstruction of the global value chain of overseas warehouses is of great significance for the construction of the logistics supply chain system,the cultivation of more cross-border e-commerce entities,the further effective play of the development advantages and potential of China's cross-border e-commerce,and the construction of a smooth international economic and trade channel.
