摘　　要：制度型开放战略是实现中国经济高质量发展的重要保证。利用2009—2021年沪深A股上市公司数据,运用多期双重差分模型分析得出跨境电商综合试验区显著促进企业数字化转型。分析得出:试验区的设立能够吸引高技术人才形成人才空间集聚效应、促进数字金融发展、有效削弱市场垄断势力,从而推进企业数字化转型。异质性分析得出:试验区对非国有企业、规模较大企业、高科技行业和内陆区位企业的数字化转型促进作用更强。因此,应通过全面建设跨境电商综合试验区、强化数字化基建体系和差异化施策以推动各类企业数字化升级,促进中国经济高质量发展。The institutional opening-up strategy serves as a vital guarantee for achieving high-quality economic development in China.This study employs a multi-period Difference-in-Differences model to scrutinize the effects,utilizing data sourced from Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share listed companies spanning the period from 2009 to 2021.The findings suggest that the creation of cross-border e-commerce comprehensive pilot zones can draw in high-skilled professionals,leading to spatial clustering,advancing digital finance growth,and significantly reducing market monopoly power,ultimately shaping the digital transformation trajectory of enterprises.Heterogeneity analysis reveals that the pilot zones have a stronger promoting effect on the digital transformation of non-state-owned enterprises,larger enterprises,high-tech industries,and enterprises located in inland areas.Consequently,it is imperative to comprehensively construct cross-border e-commerce comprehensive pilot zones,strengthen digital infrastructure systems,and implement differentiated policies to drive the digital upgrading of various enterprises,ultimately fostering high-quality economic development in China.
