摘　　要：立足于国家政策的支持,结合双边贸易特点,梳理俄罗斯和中国中药材进出口及加工产业情况,横向对比分析黑龙江东宁、绥芬河、同江口岸中药材加工产业发展现状,总结黑河发展中药材加工产业存在的问题,提出举措建议,以期推动黑河中草药进出口及加工产业的长远发展。Based on the support of national policies,combined with the characteristics of bilateral trade,sort out the situation of the import and export and processing industries of Chinese herbal medicines in Russia and China,compare and analyze the development status of the Chinese medicinal materials processing industry at the ports of Dongning,Suifenhe and Tongjiang in Heilongjiang,summarize the problems in the development of the medicinal materials processing industry in Heihe,and put forward measures and suggestions with a view to promoting the long-term development of the import,export and processing industry of Chinese herbal medicines in Heihe.
