摘　　要：在明确区域制造业质量竞争力基本内涵的基础上,通过构建新质生产力视角下区域制造业质量竞争力评价指标体系,利用熵权法对2018—2022年我国30个省份的制造业质量竞争力指数进行测算,并借助莫兰指数、Markov转移概率矩阵进一步探讨其分布的动态演进过程。结果表明,在考察期内,中国制造业的质量竞争力整体上呈上升趋势,但地区间差异较大,形成了“东高西低”的区域发展格局。从分布及演变特征来看,制造业质量竞争力存在显著的极化现象,地区内部尚未形成协调发展格局。从时空动态演进特征看,中国制造业质量竞争力并未出现跨越式跃迁,整体上呈现梯度上升趋势。On the basis of clarifying the basic connotation of regional manufacturing quality competitiveness,by constructing a regional manufacturing quality competitiveness evaluation index system from the perspective of new quality productivity,the entropy weight method was used to evaluate the manufacturing quality competitiveness index of 30 provinces in China from 2018 to 2022.The level is measured,and the dynamic evolution process of its distribution is further explored with the help of Moran index and Markov transition probability matrix.The results show that during the inspection period,the quality competitiveness level of China's manufacturing industry showed an overall upward trend,but there were large differences between regions,forming a regional development pattern of"high in the east and low in the west".From the perspective of distribution and evolution characteristics,there is significant polarization in the level of manufacturing quality competitiveness,and a coordinated development pattern has not yet been formed within the region.From the perspective of the dynamic evolution characteristics of time and space,the quality competitiveness of China's manufacturing industry has not experienced a leap forward,but has shown an overall gradient upward trend.
