摘　　要：随着“ESG体系”实践深化和“双碳目标”的明确,我国绿色保险发展加快。绿色保险产品种类逐年增加,但发展速度远低于绿色信贷和绿色债券。在双碳目标下,如何借鉴国外成功经验并探索出适应我国国情的绿色低碳转型模式是绿色保险的现实需求和必然发展趋势。With the deepening of the ESG system and the definite of the dual carbon goals,the development of green insurance in China is accelerating.The types of green insurance products are increasing year by year,but the speed is much slower than green loans and green bonds.Under the dual carbon goal,it is a practical need and inevitable development trend for green insurance to learn from successful foreign experiences and explore green and low-carbon transformation models that are suitable for China's national conditions.
