摘 要:目的探讨经肛门磁体置入实现大鼠结肠侧侧磁吻合的可行性,为研究消化道磁吻合机理提供一种模型制备方法。方法选取10只SD大鼠为动物模型,麻醉后取下腹部小切口,经肛门依次置入子磁体和母磁体至近端结肠和远端结肠,直视下完成子、母磁体相吸。记录手术操作时间、术中及术后并发症发生情况、磁体排出时间。4周后安乐死处死大鼠获取吻合口标本,测量吻合口直径,肉眼及光镜观察结肠侧侧磁吻合口形成情况。结果10只SD大鼠均成功完成了结肠侧侧磁吻合,术后大鼠均存活至第4周。术中及术后无出血、肠穿孔、肠梗阻等并发症。手术操作时间(12.25±1.90)min,磁体排出时间(5.30±1.16)d。术后4周吻合口直径(5.51±0.29)mm。肉眼观察可见结肠侧侧吻合口黏膜光滑平整,HE和Masson染色可见吻合口处黏膜连续性良好。结论经大鼠肛门磁体置入结肠侧侧磁吻合操作简单、成功率高、创伤小,可作为消化道磁吻合过程组织学研究的理想动物模型。Objective To investigate the feasibility of side-to-side magnamosis of the colon in rats by transanal magnet placement,and provide a model preparation method for studying the mechanism of magnamosis of the digestive tract.Methods Ten Sprague-Dawley rats were used as animal models.After anesthesia,a small abdominal incision was made,and a daughter magnet and a parent magnet were placed into the proximal and distal colon through the anus,and the daughter magnet and parent magnet were attracted under direct vision.The operation time,intraoperative and postoperative complications,and magnet discharge time were recorded.After 4 weeks,the rats were euthanized and the anastomosis specimens were obtained.The diameter of the anastomosis was measured,and the formation of side-to-side magnamosis of the colon was observed by naked eyes and light microscopy.Results Side-to-side magnamosis was successfully performed in 10 SD rats,and all rats survived to 4 weeks after operation.There were no complications such as bleeding,intestinal perforation and intestinal obstruction during and after operation.The operation time was 12.25±1.90 min,the magnet discharge time was 5.30±1.16 d,and the diameter of anastomosis was 5.51±0.29 mm.Macroscopic observation showed that the mucosa of the colonic side-to-side anastomosis was smooth,HE and Masson staining showed that the mucosa at the anastomosis was continuous.Conclusion Side-to-side colonic magnamosis with a transanal magnet placement in rat is simple to perform,with a high success rate and minimal trauma.It can be used as an ideal animal model for histological study of magnamosis of the digestive tract.
