摘　　要：社区获得性肺炎具有较高的发病率及死亡率,发热是其最常见的症状之一,西医治疗该病易引起溃疡、出血等副作用,所以中医药治疗肺炎反复发热的作用越来越被重视。桂枝新加汤来源于《伤寒论》第62条:“发汗后,身疼痛,脉沉迟者,桂枝加芍药生姜各一两人参三两新加汤主之”,其中解释说,有外感出汗过多的药物,损伤阴阳,使肌肉得不到足够的气血温养,导致身体疼痛。中医多用桂枝汤治疗此类外感热病。伍世葵教授认为肺炎反复发热乃营卫失调、正气已虚所致,治疗应以调和营卫、扶正驱邪为主。本文介绍伍世葵教授运用《伤寒论》名方桂枝新加汤治疗肺炎发热获得较好效果的医案两则,以供参考。Community-acquired pneumonia has a high morbidity and mortality rate,fever is one of its most common symptoms,and western medicine treatment of the disease is easy to cause side effects such as ulcers and bleeding,so the role of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of recurrent fever of pneumonia has been paid more and more attention.Guizhi Xinjia decoction comes from article 62 of the Treatise on Cold Damage:"Patients with body pain,sunken and slow pulse after sweating are given one tael each of peony and ginger,three taels of ginseng on the basis of Guizhi decoction,these drugs are the main components of Xinjia decoction",which explains that there are drugs that sweat too much externally,damage Yin and Yang,so that the muscles cannot get enough Qi and blood to warm up,resulting in body pain.Traditional Chinese medicine often uses Guizhi decoction to treat this type of external fever.Professor Wu Shikui believes that the recurrent fever of pneumonia is caused by the imbalance of the camp and the deficiency of righteousness,and the treatment should be mainly to harmonize nutrient and defense,and to promote the righteousness and drive away the evil.This article introduces two cases in which professor Wu Shikui used the Treatise on Cold Damage famous prescription Guizhi Xinjia decoction to treat pneumonia fever and achieved better effects for references.
