摘　　要：目的探讨头孢他啶联合阿奇霉素治疗肺炎患儿的效果及对康复进程、炎症指标的影响。方法选取2020年12月至2022年12月我院收治的80例肺炎患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为单药组和联合组,各40例。单药组给予阿奇霉素治疗,联合组给予头孢他啶联合阿奇霉素治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、康复进程、免疫功能、炎症指标及不良反应发生情况。结果联合组的治疗总有效率高于单药组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组的肺啰音消失时间、高热消失时间、咳嗽消失时间、X线胸片恢复正常时间及白细胞计数恢复正常时间短于单药组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)均升高,CD8^(+)均降低,且联合组优于单药组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,联合组的白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平低于单药组,白细胞介素-2(IL-2)水平高于单药组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论头孢他啶联合阿奇霉素治疗肺炎患儿的效果显著,可减轻肺组织炎症性损伤,增强机体免疫力,且安全性较高。Objective To investigate the effect of ceftazidime combined with azithromycin in the treatment of children with pneumonia and its influences on rehabilitation process and inflammatory indexes.Methods A total of 80 children with pneumonia admitted in our hospital from December 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the children were divided into single drug group and combined group,with 40 cases in each group.The single drug group was treated with azithromycin,and the combined group was treated with ceftazidime combined with azithromycin.The clinical efficacy,rehabilitation process,immune function,inflammatory indexes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the combined group was higher than that in the single drug group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of pulmonary rales,high fever and cough,recovery time of chest X-ray and white blood cell count in the combined group were shorter than those in the single drug group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the CD3^(+)and CD4^(+)in the two groups increased,CD8^(+)decreased,and those in the combined group were better than the single drug group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-8(IL-8),interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the combined group were lower than those in the single drug group,while the level of interleukin-2(IL-2)was higher than that in the single drug group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Ceftazidime combined with azithromycin is effective in the treatment of children with pneumonia,which can reduce the inflammatory injury of lung tissue,enhance the immunity of the body,and has high safety.
