慢性肾病患者肠道菌群与血清SCr、BUN、β_(2)-MG水平的相关性分析

摘  要:目的探讨慢性肾病患者肠道菌群与血清肌酐(SCr)、尿素氮(BUN)、β_(2)-微球蛋白(β_(2)-MG)水平的相关性。方法将2021年3月至2023年4月收治的58例慢性肾病患者纳入观察组,另选同期在我院体检的58名健康者作为对照组。比较两组的肠道菌群数量及血清SCr、BUN、β_(2)-MG水平;采用Pearson相关系数分析肠道菌群与血清SCr、BUN、β_(2)-MG的相关性。结果观察组的乳杆菌、双歧杆菌、酵母菌数量少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的肠球菌、肠杆菌、拟杆菌数量多于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的血清SCr、BUN、β_(2)-MG水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Pearson相关系数分析显示,乳杆菌、双歧杆菌、酵母菌数量与血清SCr、BUN、β_(2)-MG水平呈负相关(P<0.05);肠球菌、肠杆菌、拟杆菌数量与血清SCr、BUN、β_(2)-MG水平呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论慢性肾病患者存在肠道菌群失衡情况,血清SCr、BUN、β_(2)-MG水平呈异常高表达,且患者的肠道菌群与血清SCr、BUN、β_(2)-MG具有相关性。Objective To investigate the correlation between intestinal flora and serum creatinine(SCr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),β_(2)-microglobulin(β_(2)-MG)levels in patients with chronic kidney disease.Methods A total of 58 patients with chronic kidney disease admitted from March 2021 to April 2023 were selected as observation group,and 58 healthy people who underwent physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as control group.The intestinal flora and serum SCr,BUN andβ_(2)-MG levels were compared between the two groups;Pearson correlation coefficient was used to analyze the correlation between intestinal flora and serum SCr,BUN andβ_(2)-MG.Results The number of Lactobacillus,Bifidobacterium and Saccharomyces in the observation group were less than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the number of Enterococcus,Enterobacter and Bacteroides in the observation were more than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of serum SCr,BUN andβ_(2)-MG in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Pearson correlation coefficient analysis showed that the number of Lactobacillus,Bifidobacterium and Saccharomyces were negatively correlated with serum SCr,BUN andβ_(2)-MG levels(P<0.05);the number of Enterococcus,Enterobacter and Bacteroides were positively correlated with serum SCr,BUN andβ_(2)-MG levels(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with chronic kidney disease exhibit an imbalance of intestinal flora,with abnormally high expression of serum SCr,BUN,β_(2)-MG levels,and intestinal flora of patients is correlated with serum SCr,BUN,β_(2)-MG.
