神曲消食口服液联合自拟中药穴位贴敷治疗小儿消化不良脾胃气虚证的效果

摘　　要：目的探究神曲消食口服液联合自拟中药穴位贴敷治疗小儿消化不良脾胃气虚证的效果。方法纳入2019年8月至2020年8月本院接收的110例小儿消化不良脾胃气虚证患儿作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和治疗组,每组55例。对照组采用神曲消食口服液治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用自拟中药穴位贴敷治疗。比较两组的胃肠激素水平、中医证候积分及胃肠动力学指标。结果治疗后,两组的胃动素(MTL)、胃泌素(GAS)、神经肽Y(NPY)水平均升高,5-羟色胺(5-HT)、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)水平均降低,且治疗组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的脘腹胀满、胃脘隐痛、嗳气呃逆、食少纳差评分均显著降低,且治疗组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的胃窦运动指数、胃窦收缩频率、胃窦收缩幅度均升高,胃半排空时间均缩短,且治疗组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论神曲消食口服液联合自拟中药穴位贴敷治疗小儿消化不良脾胃气虚证能够改善胃肠激素、中医证候积分、胃肠动力学指标,具有推广价值。Objective To explore the effect of Shenqu Xiaoshi oral liquid combined with self-made traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application in the treatment of infantile dyspepsia with spleen and stomach Qi deficiency syndrome.Methods From August 2019 to August 2020,110 dyspepsia children with spleen and stomach Qi deficiency syndrome received in our hospital were included as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the children were divided into control group and treatment group,with 55 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Shenqu Xiaoshi oral liquid,and the treatment group was treated with self-made Chinese medicine acupoint application on this basis.The levels of gastrointestinal hormones,TCM syndrome scores and gastrointestinal motility indexes were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of motilin(MTL),gastrin(GAS)and neuropeptide Y(NPY)in the two groups increased,the levels of 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)and calcitonin gene related peptide(CGRP)decreased,and those in the treatment group were better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of abdominal distension,epigastric dull pain,belching hiccup and poor appetite in the two groups decreased significantly,and those in the treatment group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the gastric antrum motility index,gastric antrum contraction frequency and gastric antrum contraction amplitude in the two groups increased,the gastric half emptying time shortened,and those in the treatment group were better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Shenqu Xiaoshi oral liquid combined with self-made traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application in the treatment of infantile dyspepsia with spleen and stomach Qi deficiency syndrome can improve gastrointestinal hormones,TCM syndrome scores and gastrointestinal motility indexes,whi
