香砂养胃丸联合康复新液治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎(脾虚气滞证)的效果及对胃肠功能、胃黏膜情况和miR-129、miR-32表达的影响

摘　　要：目的探究香砂养胃丸联合康复新液治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎(脾虚气滞证)的效果。方法将108例慢性萎缩性胃炎(脾虚气滞证)患者按照随机数字表法分为参照组和研究组,各54例。参照组给予康复新液治疗,研究组在参照组基础上给予香砂养胃丸治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果研究组的治疗总有效率高于参照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的胃泌素-17(G-17)、胃动素(MTL)水平及胃蛋白酶原Ⅰ/胃蛋白酶原Ⅱ(PGⅠ/PGⅡ)高于参照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的征象评分、表皮生长因子(EGF)水平低于参照组,血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)水平高于参照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的miR-129高于参照组,miR-32低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论香砂养胃丸联合康复新液治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎(脾虚气滞证)的效果更佳。Objective To explore the effect of Xiangsha Yangwei pills combined with Kangfuxin liquid in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis(spleen deficiency and Qi stagnation syndrome).Methods A total of 108 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis(spleen deficiency and Qi stagnation syndrome)were divided into reference group and study group according to the random number table method,with 54 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with Kangfuxin liquid,and the study group was treated with Xiangsha Yangwei pills on the basis of the reference group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of gastrin-17(G-17),motilin(MTL)and pepsinogen Ⅰ/pepsinogen Ⅱ(PGⅠ/PGⅡ)in the study group were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of signs and the level of epidermal growth factor(EGF)in the study group were lower than those in the reference group,and the levels of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF)were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,miR-129 in the study group was higher than that in the reference group,and miR-32 was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiangsha Yangwei pills combined with Kangfuxin liquid has a better effect in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis(spleen deficiency and Qi stagnation syndrome).
