摘　　要：目的探讨基于循证理论的集束化护理结合舒适化护理对儿童化疗后口腔炎治疗配合度及心理状态的影响。方法选取2022年1月至2023年6月收治的120例化疗后口腔炎患儿为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组与观察组,各60例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上加基于循证理论的集束化护理结合舒适化护理。比较两组的干预效果。结果观察组的治疗配合度高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的口腔炎愈合时间短于对照组,干预后的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的儿童焦虑性情绪障碍筛查表(SCARED)、儿童抑郁障碍自评量表(DSRSC)及儿童医疗恐惧量表(CMFS)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于循证理论的集束化护理结合舒适化护理不仅能够提升化疗后口腔炎患儿的治疗配合度,还能调节其心理状态。Objective To explore the effects of cluster nursing based on evidence-based theory combined with comfortable nursing on the treatment cooperation degree and psychological state of children with stomatitis after chemotherapy.Methods A total of 120 children with stomatitis after chemotherapy admitted from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects,the children were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was treated with cluster nursing based on evidence-based theory combined with comfortable nursing on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The treatment cooperation degree of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The healing time of stomatitis in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score after intervention was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of the Screen for Child Anxiety Related Emotional Disorders(SCARED),Depression Self-Rating Scale for Children(DSRSC)and the Child Medical Fear Scale(CMFS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The cluster nursing based on evidence-based theory combined with comfortable nursing can not only improve the treatment cooperation degree of children with stomatitis after chemotherapy,but also regulate their psychological state.
