腕踝针联合中药封包冷敷在前交叉韧带重建术后患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨腕踝针联合中药封包冷敷在前交叉韧带重建术(ACLR)后患者中的应用效果。方法选取2021年1月至2022年1月在我院运动医学科住院且行关节镜下ACLR的80例患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和干预组,每组40例。对照组采用ACLR术后常规护理,干预组在对照组的基础上采用腕踝针联合中药封包冷敷。比较两组的干预效果。结果术后1、2、3 d,干预组的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后2、5 d,干预组的患侧关节肿胀值小于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后5、7 d,干预组的患侧关节活动度大于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腕踝针联合中药封包冷敷可有效降低ACLR术后患者的疼痛程度,减轻术区水肿,改善关节活动度。Objective To investigate the application effect of wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine packaging cold compress in patients after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction(ACLR).Methods A total of 80 patients who were hospitalized in the sports medicine department of our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 and underwent arthroscopic ACLR were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into control group and intervention group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing after ACLR,and the intervention group was given wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine packaging cold compress on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results At 1,2 and 3 d after operation,the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score of the intervention group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 2 and 5 d after operation,the swelling value of the affected joint in the intervention group was less than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 5 and 7 d after operation,the range of motion of the affected joint in the intervention group was greater than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine packaging cold compress can effectively reduce the pain degree of patients after ACLR,relieve edema in the operative area,and improve range of motion of the joint.
