基于前馈控制理念的风险预警护理管理模式在复合手术室中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨基于前馈控制理念的风险预警护理管理模式在复合手术室中的应用价值。方法选择2023年10月至2024年3月在我院复合手术室接受手术的100例患者作为研究对象,根据手术时间将其分为对照组(2023年10月至12月)和观察组(2024年1月至3月),各50例。对照组接受常规手术室护理管理模式,观察组采用基于前馈控制理念的风险预警护理管理模式。患者均由科室6名护士参与护理。比较两组的手术室管理质量。结果观察组的风险管理意识、风险管理态度、风险意识及风险管理行为评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的消毒隔离、风险质量检查、护理文件书写及辐射防护评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的手术室不良事件发生率低于对照组,医生满意度、患者满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于前馈控制理念的风险预警护理管理模式在复合手术室中可有效提高护理人员风险管理能力与护理质量,降低手术室不良事件发生,提升医生与患者满意度,值得推广。Objective To explore the application value of risk early warning nursing management mode based on feedforward control concept in compound operating room.Methods A total of 100 patients who underwent surgery in the compound operating room of our hospital from October 2023 to March 2024 were selected as the research objects.According to the operation time,the patients were divided into control group(from October to December 2023)and observation group(from January to March 2024),with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine operating room nursing management mode,and the observation group adopted risk early warning nursing management mode based on feedforward control concept.All patients were cared by 6 nurses in the department.The quality of operating room management was compared between the two groups.Results The scores of risk management awareness,risk management attitude,risk awareness and risk management behavior in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of disinfection and isolation,risk quality inspection,nursing document writing and radiation protection in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the operating room of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the satisfaction of doctors and patients were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The risk early warning nursing management mode based on feedforward control concept can effectively improve the risk management ability and nursing quality of nursing staff in the compound operating room,reduce the occurrence of adverse events in the operating room,and improve the satisfaction of doctors and patients,which is worthy of promotion.
