摘　　要：目的探讨整合式心理护理联合层次化健康指导在子宫内膜癌术后患者中的应用效果。方法选取2021年1月至2022年8月我院收治的94例子宫内膜癌患者为研究对象,按照护理方式的不同将其分为对照组(47例)和观察组(47例)。所有患者均行子宫内膜广泛切除+盆腔淋巴结清扫术治疗。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上采用整合式心理护理联合层次化健康指导。比较两组的护理效果。结果护理后,观察组的心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)、认知情况量表、Herth希望量表(HHI)、癌症患者生命质量测定量表(QLQ-C30)各维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论整合式心理护理联合层次化健康指导可改善子宫内膜癌术后患者的心理状态、认知水平、希望水平、生命质量及护理满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of integrated psychological nursing combined with hierarchical health guidance in patients with endometrial cancer after operation.Methods A total of 94 patients with endometrial cancer admitted in our hospital from January 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group(47 cases)and observation group(47 cases)according to different nursing methods.All patients underwent extensive endometrial resection+pelvic lymph node dissection.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given integrated psychological nursing combined with hierarchical health guidance on the basis of routine nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the scores of each dimension of Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC),cognitive scale,Herth Hope Index(HHI)and Quality of Life Questionnaire-C30(QLQ-C30)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Integrated psychological nursing combined with hierarchical health guidance can improve the psychological state,cognitive level,hope level,quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients with endometrial cancer after operation.
