基于产后出血预测评分的分层护理联合导乐分娩预防产后出血的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨基于产后出血预测评分的分层护理联合导乐分娩预防产后出血的效果。方法选取2020年1月至2023年1月我院96例待产妇作为研究对象,根据护理方案不同将其分为A组、B组、C组,各32例。A组给予导乐分娩护理,B组给予基于产后出血预测评分的分层护理,C组给予基于产后出血预测评分的分层护理联合导乐分娩护理。比较三组的护理效果。结果C组的产后出血发生率、产后出血量低于A组、B组(P<0.05)。产后,C组的汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分低于A组、B组(P<0.05)。C组的分娩体验问卷(CEQ2.0)、分娩控制量表(LAS)评分高于A组、B组(P<0.05)。C组的护理满意度高于A组、B组(P<0.05)。结论基于产后出血预测评分的分层护理联合导乐分娩能够有效缓解产妇心理应激反应,预防产后出血,提升分娩体验与分娩控制感,显著提高护理满意度。Objective To explore the effect of stratified nursing based on postpartum hemorrhage prediction score combined with doula delivery on prevention of postpartum hemorrhage.Methods A total of 96 parturients in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to different nursing schemes,the parturients were divided into group A,group B and group C,with 32 cases in each group.The group A was given doula delivery nursing,the group B was given stratified nursing based on postpartum hemorrhage prediction score,and the group C was given stratified nursing based on postpartum hemorrhage prediction score combined with doula delivery nursing.The nursing effects of the three groups were compared.Results The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage and postpartum hemorrhage in the group C were lower than those in the group A and the group B(P<0.05).After delivery,the scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)in the group C were lower than those in the group A and the group B(P<0.05).The scores of Childbirth Experience Questionnaire(CEQ2.0)and Labour Agentry Scale(LAS)in the group C were higher than those in the group A and the group B(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the group C was higher than that of the group A and the group B(P<0.05).Conclusion Stratified nursing based on postpartum hemorrhage prediction score combined with doula delivery can effectively alleviate maternal psychological stress response,prevent postpartum hemorrhage,improve delivery experience and delivery control,and significantly promote nursing satisfaction.
