心理护理联合口腔吞咽康复训练对老年脑卒中吞咽功能障碍患者心理状态、吞咽功能、依从性及满意度的影响

摘　　要：目的研究心理护理联合口腔吞咽康复训练对老年脑卒中吞咽功能障碍患者心理状态、吞咽功能、依从性及满意度的影响。方法选择2021年12月至2022年10月收治的100例老年脑卒中吞咽功能障碍患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为参照组和研究组,各50例。参照组开展常规护理及口腔吞咽康复训练,研究组于参照组基础上开展心理护理。比较两组的护理效果。结果护理后,研究组的汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分低于参照组(P<0.05)。护理后,研究组的标准吞咽功能评价量表(SSA)、洼田饮水试验(WST)评分低于参照组(P<0.05)。研究组的护理依从性为94.00%,显著高于参照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。研究组的护理满意度为98.00%,显著高于参照组的84.00%(P<0.05)。结论心理护理联合口腔吞咽康复训练可有效改善老年脑卒中吞咽功能障碍患者的心理状态、吞咽功能,提升其康复训练依从性及护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。Objective To study the effects of psychological nursing combined with oral swallowing rehabilitation training on psychological state,swallowing function,compliance and satisfaction of elderly stroke patients with swallowing dysfunction.Methods A total of 100 elderly stroke patients with swallowing dysfunction admitted from December 2021 to October 2022 were selected as study subjects,and divided into reference group and study group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The reference group carried out routine nursing and oral swallowing rehabilitation training,and the study group carried out psychological nursing on the basis of the reference group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the scores of Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)and Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)in the study group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of Standardized Swallowing Assessment(SSA)and Water Swallowing Test(WST)in the study group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The nursing compliance of the study group was 94.00%,which was significantly higher than 80.00% of the reference group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 98.00%,which was significantly higher than 84.00% of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing combined with oral swallowing rehabilitation training can effectively improve the psychological state and swallowing function of elderly stroke patients with swallowing dysfunction,and elevate their rehabilitation training compliance and nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
