艽活四物汤联合PKP术治疗骨质疏松胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探究艽活四物汤联合经皮椎体后凸成形术(PKP)对骨质疏松胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者腰椎功能及骨密度的影响。方法60例骨质疏松胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者,将采用PKP联合常规治疗的30例患者列为对照组,以PKP联合艽活四物汤治疗的30例患者列为研究组。比较两组治疗效果、中医证候积分、腰椎功能、骨密度、疼痛程度、不良反应。结果研究组总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗3个月后中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组腰椎功能分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组骨密度高于对照组,疼痛程度评分低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率相比无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论骨质疏松胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者行艽活四物汤联合PKP治疗能提高临床治疗效果,改善中医证候积分,促进腰椎功能恢复,改善骨密度,降低术后疼痛程度,安全性较好。Objective To investigate the effects of Jiaohuo Siwu Decoction combined with percutaneous kyphoplasty(PKP)in the treatment of osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures in patients with osteoporosis.Methods 60 patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fracture,30 patients treated with PKP and conventional therapy were listed as the control group,and 30 patients treated with PKP combined with Gentiana vital four material decoction were listed as the study group.Comparing the treatment effects,TCM syndrome score,lumbar spine function,bone mineral density,pain level,and adverse effects between the two groups.Results The total response rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the lumbar spine function of the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the study group was higher than the control group,and the pain score was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fractures with Jiaohuo Siwu Decoction combined with PKP can improve clinical efficacy,improve TCM syndrome scores,promote lumbar function recovery,improve bone density,reduce postoperative pain levels,and has good safety.
