丹黄祛瘀胶囊在预防子宫内膜异位症术后复发的应用

摘　　要：目的观察丹黄祛瘀胶囊对预防子宫内膜异位症(EMT)术后复发的应用效果。方法选取110例EMT患者,按照随机数字表法分为常规组和中药组,每组55例。两组均实施腹腔镜手术治疗,常规组术后采用亮丙瑞林辅助治疗,中药组术后采用丹黄祛瘀胶囊联合亮丙瑞林辅助治疗,比较两组的炎症指标、性激素水平、子宫血流动力学参数、不良反应及病情复发情况。结果在不同治疗方案下,中药组的肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)均低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中药组雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)、促卵泡生成素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)均低于常规组(P<0.05);中药组的子宫动脉搏动指数(PI)、阻力指数(RI)、收缩期峰值及舒张末期流速之比(S/D)均低于常规组(P<0.05);两组不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),中药组病情复发率1.82%低于常规组16.36%(P<0.05)。结论丹黄祛瘀胶囊辅助治疗EMT,能减轻患者炎症反应并下调激素水平,改善患者子宫血流动力学参数,并预防病情复发,且安全性较高。Objective To observe the effect of Danhuang Quyu Capsules in preventing postoperative recurrence of endometriosis(EMT).Methods 110 patients with EMT were selected and divided into the conventional group and traditional Chinese medicine group,with 55 patients in each group using a random number table method.Both groups underwent laparoscopic surgery,with the conventional group receiving leuprolide as adjuvant therapy postoperatively,and the traditional Chinese medicine group receiving Danhuang Quyu Capsules in combination with leuprolide.The inflammation markers,hormone levels,uterine hemodynamics,adverse reactions,and disease recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results Under different treatment plans,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-4(IL-4),interleukin-6(IL-6),and interleukin-8(IL-8)in the traditional Chinese medicine group were lower than those in the conventional group,showing a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The levels of estradiol(E2),progesterone(P),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),and luteinizing hormone(LH)in the traditional Chinese medicine group were also lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).The uterine artery pulsatility index(PI),resistance index(RI),and systolic-to-diastolic flow velocity ratio(S/D)were all lower in the traditional Chinese medicine group than in the conventional group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The disease recurrence rate in the traditional Chinese medicine group was 1.82[FGS]%[FGN],significantly lower than the 16.36[FGS]%[FGN]recurrence rate in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Danhuang Quyu Capsules,as an adjuvant therapy for EMT,can reduce inflammation,lower hormone levels,improve uterine hemodynamics,and prevent disease recurrence,with a high safety profile.
