区域科创走廊协同创新网络结构分析:以福厦泉科创走廊为例

摘　　要：在以中国式现代化全面推进中华民族伟大复兴新征程的时代背景下,区域科创走廊作为打造区域创新高地、助力区域经济发展的战略措施,对实现高水平科技自立自强、建设科技强国具有重要意义。基于2010—2021年福建省科技进步奖获奖项目,对福厦泉科创走廊协同创新网络的结构演化特征与创新主体协同特征及合作倾向进行剖析。结果表明:从第一阶段到第三阶段,网络规模持续扩大,创新合作的广度和深度协调发展;产业参与创新合作的数量提升迅速,地位愈加突显;作为产业和学研进行合作创新的主要路径,产业—学研合作是福厦泉科创走廊的主要合作模式,也是福厦泉科创走廊未来扩大创新合作的主要方向;福州市是福厦泉科创走廊创新合作网络的绝对核心节点城市,厦门市、泉州市是重要核心节点城市,福州市、厦门市、泉州市在福厦泉科创走廊协同创新网络中发挥创新策源地作用。Under the background of comprehensively promoting the new journey of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation with Chinese path to modernization,the regional science and technology innovation corridor,as a strategic measure to build a regional innovation highland and help regional economic development,is of great significance for achieving self-reliance in high-level science and technology and building a powerful country in science and technology.Based on the award-winning project of the Fujian Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award from 2010 to 2021,this paper analyzes the structural evolution characteristics,innovation subject collaboration characteristics,and cooperation tendency of the collaborative innovation network of the Fuzhou-Xiamen-Quanzhou Science and Technology Innovation Corridor.The results indicate that from the first stage to the third stage,the network scale continues to expand,and the breadth and depth of innovation cooperation develop in a coordinated manner;The number of industries participating in innovation cooperation has increased rapidly,and their status has become increasingly prominent;As the main path for cooperation and innovation between industry and academia,industry academia collaboration is the main cooperation mode of the Fuzhou-Xiamen-Quanzhou Science and Technology Innovation Corridor,and it is also the main direction for expanding innovation cooperation in the future of the Fuzhou-Xiamen-Quanzhou Science and Technology Innovation Corridor;Fuzhou City is the absolute core node city of the innovation cooperation network of the Fuzhou-Xiamen-Quanzhou Science and Technology Innovation Corridor,while Xiamen City and Quanzhou City are important core node cities.Fuzhou City,Xiamen City,and Quanzhou City play an innovative source role in the collaborative innovation network of the Fuzhou-Xiamen-Quanzhou Science and Technology Innovation Corridor.
