高山峡谷民族地区生态旅游促进乡村产业深度融合发展路径研究:以横断山区为例

摘　　要：生态旅游作为典型的新质生产力,在横断山区农村产业深度融合发展方面具有独特的重要意义。青藏高原作为青藏高原东南缘集高海拔地区、民族地区、贫困山区、革命老区、生态脆弱区为一体的特殊空间区域,如何解决农村产业即“造血功能”问题成为横断山区可持续发展的核心关键。当前,在乡村振兴战略不断推进迫切要求破解农村“造血功能”困局的现实诉求下,进行横断山区旅游促进农村产业融合发展研究,意义重大。针对我国横断山区的具体实际,通过对横断山区的特殊性及其可持续发展面临的重大挑战的分析,结合横断山区农村产业融合对旅游业的诉求以及旅游业对横断山区产业融合的独特作用的探讨,在阐述横断山区农村产业融合现状及基础条件分析基础上,提出横断山区旅游促进农村产业融合的战略思路,并提出横断山区旅游促进农村产业融合发展模式和实施路径。研究结果表明,针对横断山区的特殊性和客观实际,充分发挥横断山区原生态自然人文资源特色优势,构建以民族旅游业为先导,加快推进农村一二三产业深度、高效、高质量融合,激活产生“1+1>2”综合效应的横断山区民族旅游经济可持续发展模式,至关重要。Ecotourism,as a typical new quality productivity,has unique and important significance in the deep integration and development of rural industries in the Hengduan Mountains.As a special spatial area on the southeastern edge of the Qinghai Tibet Plateau,which integrates high-altitude areas,ethnic areas,impoverished mountainous areas,revolutionary old areas,and ecologically fragile areas,how to solve the problem of rural industries,namely the“hematopoietic function”,has become the core key to the sustainable development of the Hengduan Mountains.Currently,with the urgent need to solve the dilemma of rural“hematopoietic function”in the continuous promotion of rural revitalization strategy,it is of great significance to conduct research on promoting the integrated development of rural industries through tourism in Hengduan Mountain areas.This article focuses on the specific reality of the Hengduan Mountains in China.Through an analysis of the special characteristics of the Hengduan Mountains and the major challenges it faces in sustainable development,combined with the demand for tourism industry in the integration of rural industries in the Hengduan Mountains and the exploration of the unique role of tourism industry in the integration of rural industries in the Hengduan Mountains,this article elaborates on the current situation and basic conditions of rural industry integration in the Hengduan Mountains,and proposes a strategic idea for promoting rural industry integration through tourism in the Hengduan Mountains.On this basis,a model and implementation path for promoting the integrated development of rural industries through tourism in the Hengduan Mountains are proposed.The research results indicate that,in response to the special characteristics and objective reality of the Hengduan Mountains,it is crucial to fully leverage the unique natural and cultural resources of the Hengduan Mountains,build a sustainable development model for ethnic tourism economy in the Hengduan Mountains with ethnic tourism as
