摘　　要：科技企业具有人才集聚度高、服务形式多元化和技术延伸性强等特点,有利于以技术创新为导向,构建产业链共生共赢发展模式。但是,科技企业也存在企业规模小、人员流动性强、产品技术差异性大等发展短板,由此导致在技术创新、市场转化与组织协同方面,90%以上的科技企业处于一种单打独斗的状态,难以获得对产业链资源整合与资源配置的主导性。新质生产力的提出,不仅为推动我国经济运行的高质量发展提供了理论和方法指引,还为社会各行各业指出了基本的实践路径。作为科技企业,准确把握新质生产力的科学内涵,深刻理解创新在新质生产力形成和发展过程中的基本特征,以及新质生产力的创新质态与传统创新活动的差别,是突破技术与发展瓶颈、践行以新质生产力为驱动的新型发展模式的关键所在。基于新质生产力的特征、要素与运行机制,提出科技企业践行新质生产力的四个抓手,并对科技企业发展新质生产力的定位与方法进行研究。Technology enterprises have the characteristics of high talent aggregation,diversified service forms,and strong technological extension,which are conducive to building a symbiotic and win-win development model of the industrial chain guided by technological innovation.However,technology companies also have development shortcomings such as small scale,strong personnel mobility,and significant differences in product technology.As a result,more than 90%of technology companies are in a state of independent struggle in terms of technological innovation,market transformation,and organizational collaboration,making it difficult for them to gain dominance in the integration and allocation of industry chain resources.The proposal of new quality productivity not only provides theoretical and methodological guidance for promoting high-quality development of China’s economy,but also points out the basic practical path for various industries in society.As a technology enterprise,accurately grasping the scientific connotation of new quality productivity,deeply understanding the basic characteristics of innovation in the formation and development process of new quality productivity,and the differences between the innovation quality of new quality productivity and traditional innovation activities are the key to breaking through the bottleneck of enterprise development and technology,and practicing a new development model driven by new quality productivity.This article proposes four strategies for technology enterprises to develop new quality productivity based on its characteristics,elements,and operational mechanisms.At the same time,research has also been conducted on the positioning and methods of developing new quality productivity for technology enterprises.
